“And the LORD said unto Noah, Come thou and all thy house into the ark; for thee have I seen righteous before  me  in this generation” (Gen. 7:1).

Two types of ark were mentioned in the scripture, the one built by Noah and the one built by Moses. Noah’s ark was to save Noah, his family and other creatures, while that of Moses’ represents the presence of the Lord among His people. Noah was saved because he found grace in the eyes of the Lord. This same grace is given to the present generation freely.

However, as those in the days of Noah rejected a 120 years gospel of repentance and the Israelites rebellion against God and Moses for forty years in the wilderness; so are many in this present generation, rejecting the offer of free salvation. The Bible says,

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that     whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life”     (Jn. 3:16).

In the days of Noah, the world was filled with ungodliness, corruption and violence, and people corrupt their ways (Gen. 6:11-12). They continued in these acts until the day that Noah entered the ark, and did not know until the flood came and took them all away (Matt. 24:37-39).

Is the world not drifting towards showing indifference to the word and way of the Lord in this present age? The two highest independent bodies on earth, the government and the church are corrupt, full of ideology and lose freestyle life; calling good bad and bad good; and working independent of God. The reflection of what happened before the flood is appearing today.

The coming of the Lord is nearer that ever; however, if the Lord tarries how will your end be?  The Bible says,
“Wherefore (as the Holy Ghost says, Today if ye will hear His voice,     harden not your hearts, as in the     provocation, in the day of temptation in     the wilderness… Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil     heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God” (Heb. 3:7-12).

The ark is within your reach, Jesus Christ is here and forever, He says

“Behold, I stand at the door (of your heart), and knock: if any man hear my     voice, and open the door (of his/her heart), I will come in to him, and will     sup with him, and he with me” (Rev.3:20).

In this present age of carefree and human-right-freedom to sin, God is looking for people like Noah, who is righteous in spite of the corruption in the world. All that requires is

•    Be a just man
•    Make your way perfect, and
•    Walk with God

You will not be caught unaware. Jesus, the Ark is always open for the repentant believer to enter.
